The conception of fast food restaurant DJIGIT was established in 2015
and represents the network of restaurants in Quick & Casual format.

Quick & Сasual - "quick and democratic" - this format is between fast food and
a restaurant and has an enormous potential worldwide.
This format combines the presence of reusable dishes with the restaurant and stylish interiors.
Each dish is created individually for each client,
using in cooking the products of high quality and specialties.
Common features with the fast food – is limited menu, service speed
low price, democratic atmosphere, standardization of management processes, menu
and interior parts.

Creating the conception DJIGIT Quick&Сasual we were able to successfully combine the original
Georgian cuisine with fast quality service and reasonable prices.
So for the first time in Ukraine in 2015 in Poltava in the shopping center "Concord" was opened the fast food
restaurant "DJIGIT" in the Quick & Casual format.

The designed menu by Tbilisi chef included the most popular dishes
from all regions of the country - juicy khinkali, rosy khachapuri, spicy kharcho, fragrant
chakhokhbili, lyulya kebab and shashlik to fit every taste. Meals are prepared using only
fresh and high quality food of Georgian and Ukrainian production. This new phenomenon
quickly conquered the sympathy of townspeople. And the restaurant "DJIGIT" was opened in 2017 in the city
of Kiev in the SEC "Dreamtown". The network is growing rapidly, soon a few more houses will open.

Brand DJIGIT became widely known to Ukrainian consumers and is associated
with high quality and delicious food at reasonable prices.

Franchise of fast food restaurant DJIGIT –
is an access to the company's unique system.
We provide the following support to our partners:

1 Stage

1) Recommendations on the selection of premises for the restaurant;

2) Analysis of attendance;

3) Calculation of the investment model of the future restaurant.

2 Stage

1) Provision of a "franchise package" which includes a manual, describing in details the algorithms to manage the restaurant industry both in the design process and during the entire period of functioning;

2) Assistance in the design and opening of the restaurant;

3) Advising on the questions of approval documents execution;

4) Consulting on recruitment;

5) Education of administrators, cooks and other employees of the restaurant;

6) Consulting on marketing and promotional activities;

7) Provision of effective logistic schemes;

8) Reduction of logistics costs with the possibility of centralized products supply.

The price doesn’t include: the approval documents, restyling,
ventilation and cash equipment.

Franchise fee – 20000 USD.
Royalty – 5%.
The payback period is from 9 to 12 months.
Payment of royalties is conditioned to the use of the trademark «DJIGIT» and its market
advantages and information support of franchisees as well.
